I brought in uniforms to be embroidered on June 10. I was told they would start working on them the first week in July. The second week in July I called and they told me we're not even going to start till the 3rd week in July. I called last week and was told the shirts would be done before orientation. Today is August 4th and I still have no uniform tops. At this point in time my child has no uniforms to begin the new school year. I was told they were short-staffed. If you knew you were short-staffed then you would make sure that every day you did a little bit of the uniforms so that they were ready when kids had to go back to school.

I went asking about contract printing and the owner was very rude and degraded my business stating that "well I can't stop my big productions to do the volume of items you need, so go down the road to Rob and he can help you"!! Our clothing line has been doing volumes, which he stated starts at 288 pieces each. I wanted to get someone local to do my printing for me and he didn't even give me the time of day!! Production is in progress now with 1500 pieces being printed so he has lost out on our business for sure we let our printing in NC for now!!

Nice little shop. Good set up inside. They have all kinds of items from shirts, polos, jackets, hats, etc. to look at and purchase. This company is who did our school uniform shirts and jackets. Make sure you call first before you go, as theres not always someone working the front desk, so you wont be able to get in.
