My appointment is at 3:00pm and I checked in at 2:15pm and an hour passed nobody called me and I still havent seen by a doctor. The front desk are so mean and rude. Im so disappointed with their service!
When you walk in, everything in this hospital is great. but I don't know why .. when I talk with Thai person on phone. It was worst. The woman who talk with me, she always talk like she dose not want to service. I was talk normal but her voice was like she is annoyed me. That make me feel bad about call to appointment. It was not only me but when my family talked with her either. I never leave a comment in google but in this one I am really disappoint I hope you will see it.
I cannot say enough great stuff about Asian Pacific Health Care and especially my primary care doctor Patarapha Wongsaroj. She is probably THE MOST attentive and thorough doctor I've ever had. Unlike many doctors, she really LISTENS to you. She also takes the time to go through ALL the issues you're having - unlike many doctors who are in such a rush that they brush off any other secondary concerns that you may have. She is extremely personable and honestly I don't know how she has the patience or stamina to be this way with everyone, but she is. She is really simply amazing and I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary care doctor.
I called the clinic few weeks ago and no one could help me with my mother referral. All I want is to see the specialist at USC and none of them could help me until I spoke with Vivian. It turned out that my insurance assigned my mother to some kinds of hospital which limited the number of doctors she can see. No one ever explained this to me. Of course if someone had told me weeks ago I would already take care of it. After I spoke with Vivian, I called my insurance to fix it. Thank you so much.
I wish there could be a lower rating option. Ive been a patient for Asian pacific healthcare venture at a different location for the past 9 years so as soon as I had my daughter I thought of enrolling her as a patient here but it has been the WORST decision I couldve made from making an appointment that takes like 2-3 months to get to the waiting is just RIDICULOUS to say the least. The people that call to make the appointments are so rude and hang up on you if you express a concern. If you miss 3 appointments you are no longer eligible to make any appointment so you have to waist a whole day just to MAYBE be seen. WORST SERVICE EVER .
