Most of the employees here are great people some of them are incredible ...however, the management staff is horrid. The owners are full of themselves and are incapable of honest human interaction, they expect people to be robots when they can't even learn how to operate any of their own equiptment rictus sake of knowing... I've never met anyone more self-centered and materialistic than them...so disappointing. They are pure fluff! I've seen so many spirits fizzle and die in this environment. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of hazards around the shop. I would prefer not to give this place a star but zero isn't an option. Wish I had more positive to share.

Brayden is absolutely exceptional with his customer service. Made sure that our Hat's turned out exactly like I want. I couldn't be more proud of the product they made for us. Can't wait to work with them in the future on some other great stuff

We can agree with you that this was definitely not a 5 star experience nor the kind of customer service that we strive for. I tracked down what happened with your e-stores orders and the situation. Were glad to hear your experience with Alli was terrific. The orders were definitely not forgotten. Alli was told by our screen print manager that the order would ship the next day, but due to complications with our screen imaging unit as you mentioned, they were not able to create the screens needed to make your group of orders. We were then even sent wrong product from our vendor and we were down a few more days with being able to make screens which caused a major backlog in all orders. They prioritized orders that had events and a few of the online store orders did go late. Alli was helping out with the customer service calls which is not a part of her normal job description. When she was told by the screen print manager it would go the next day, she assumed it would and didnt know to follow up. We have since spoken with her that if she is to communicate with a client about a due date, she needs to follow up to make sure that it actually goes or to follow up with that customer with an update. We have met with the e-store account manager, screen print manager, receiving department as well as our shipping department about how this entire online store event went down. We want you to know we have taken your experience seriously and are taking actions to help prevent this kind of delay in future orders. I did an online order with them over Labor Day weekend. Email confirmed order would be sent 09/13/19. Time frame came and went and by the end of the month I called them to inquire on the order. There was some sort of problem with the ink but I get the impression they forgot about the orders. I had confirmed that about 6 other folks had not gotten their orders either. In speaking to Allie she got right on the order and hunted down the problem. I was told it would be done the next day and shipped but it took another week. I did request a confirmation when the item was shipped and they sent that to me. The product looks great and Allie was terrific but Im giving them a 3 score due to the multiple forgotten orders.
