SCAMMMERS do not buy a car here !! After having the car for 3 weeks putting 2,500 and paying 300$ weekly for pick up payments they repod my car for supposedly not sending in the pay stubs. Which I did to Carlos. Anyhow it took them a week for them to tell me that the bank didnt approve me and they dont want to give me my down payment back!! When legally they HAVE TO! My lawyer is asking for a copy of the contract and they dont want to give us it, why ? Cause they know theyre wrong ! And instead of being nice people them knowing I have a daughter and leaving my CARLESS all Ozzie says is I told you I could have gotten the paystubs done for you but like the scammers they are he was charging me 300$ for FAKE paystubs which I didnt need cause I have REAL paystubs. First of all Carlos takes pictures of peoples bank accounts # and routing # to use it for other people to get them insurance through geico in an electronic check that will later bounce just to get you out the dealership do not trust these scammers !!!

Este es el mejor sitio para ir a comprar un carro porke fui a Lehman Mitsubishi y sali desepcionado porke me dijeron por telefono ke iva a salir manejando y cuando llegué alla y chekearon mi credito me dijeron ke no calificaba para el carro ke yo keria y entonces se me ocurrio llamar a matrix auto sales y me contesto un señor llamado Carlos y le conté lo ke me había ocurrido en Lehman Mitsubishi y el me dijo no te preocupes por tu puntaje de credito ven ke yo si te garantizo ke hoy mismo sales manejando,y Asi fue me dejo escojer el carro ke yo keria y salí manejando. Y el manager Miguel tambien exelente persona y me ayudo muchisimo fue muy atento y muy profesional.por eso califico a matrix auto sales con 5 estrellas
