This is the only place sell the uniform as school requirements, they shipped me just 1/2 of items I bought and paid online. I called 2 times plus email 1 time, a lady representative said they would look into it and either call or email us back. We never receive a respond from them. We came to store, showed them the receipt plus their people handwriting on it with the word missing to prove. Then they asked if we brought the package with us, lucky we did. After waiting for like 45 mins, I was no longer in patient, stood up and asked to see store manager, I wanted either refund a whole amount to me. We have a feeling they never look into our missing items or try to solve the problem. No email or letter say the missing items will be shipped in the near future, no words saying if they will refund if they dont have it. This is very bad reputation. I wish there was another place sell uniforms for our kids. This is the first time ever I give 1 star review for a business. If Im happy with a business, I give them 4 or 5 stars, if Im not happy, I just walked away go find another better place. The system of this business is so so bad. If you like me, need to order uniforms for your kids and this is the only place, good luck.
This vendor is very responsive and provides quality work. The flexibility and responsiveness has allowed us to work through each design and its installation. Sergio and his team have been good to work with.
This is the first time I have ever had to deal with this company personally, and my experience has been dreadful. My son is attending a school in which the school requires us to use this company to purchase the required uniforms. First the fitting and ordering was horrendous. Besides being extremely overpriced, they were completely unorganized, rushed through the fitting process, and customer service was extremely poor. Second, they sent an invoice to my email for me to to make payments towards the order, however the link they sent me didn't work, the 2nd link they sent didn't work, and neither did the 3rd. I eventually had to call in and pay by phone. When the initial payment was made, I asked if there was a specific date I needed to have this paid off by to receive the uniforms and was told no, as long as it was paid in full by the 16th. I called to make my 2nd payment, probably the only non hassle communication, until they lost it. After several phone calls, emails, and facebook message to pay off the order and being told the incorrect balance every-time, and providing payment information my payment was finally located and applied to the account. My account is now paid in full, she said, however my sons uniforms will not be ready for another 3 weeks! School starts next week, so now I have to go buy regular uniform shirts, on top of the $300 I spent for overpriced ones order through Versa! Why was I told they would be ready as long as paid in full by the 16th. Why is going to take 3 weeks? Honestly Ill be sending this complaint to the school , because I refuse to deal with them next year.
