Worst experience ever. I would only recommend this place if you love waiting more than 50 mins to be seen. Do not make appointments if you cant honor appointment times. The receptionist kept telling people to have a seat but there aren't that many seating options. Once I was finally seen it became extremely unprofessional. During the exam, the door was open and multiple staff and even patients were coming into the exam room to talk to the doctor. The doctor was extremely not focus when giving the exam and it felt very rush.

Dr. Ivy Sun is very personable and easy to speak with. She has a full staff of eye glass sales and technicians. We have been going there for our glasses for many years.

This is a fine local establishment for the Franklin Square community. Everyone is very friendly, the MD is kind, generous with her time and pretty much spot on. The staff is great. Phone calls are always answered. The glasses are reasonably priced. Very happy to have met these people and highly recommend.
