Martin, Im sorry that you feel that way. We was unable to turn around your order within the time frame you required, so we therefore put you in contact with another company who could help you of which they have and hopefully they will complete your order for you. You requested a quote in the morning and required a collection the next morning. We have many many happy customers, so its a shame you feel this way.

This is not a printer, it appears to be a broker. Do not be mis-lead. I'm an established NYC designer, and contacted Ben at 4am by phone so I could get on his radar and learn what he needed from me in order to get a quote on a rush job. I sent the requested files by email, then followed up four hours later for the quote, as he asked me to do. I got no response, nothing. No one would reply to my emails, even to confirm that they were working on the estimate. Eventually he replied, and asked me to email another person, who I finally was able to reach at 1pm NYC time (which was close to closing time in London.) He was helpful and turned around a quote, but it turns out he is not even connected to to "Printing Services". He confirmed my fear, that this company is merely a broker, and an inefficient one at that.
