I had a terrible customer service experience with Eyetrust. I called for information and directions and the receptionist attempted to discourage me from a visit if i did not have an appointment. I asserted i was in the area and needed directions and that i had a few questions. After finding the office the same receptionist was on the phone with another client speaking to them very rude & condescendingly. She never even acknowleged my presence. I left and took my business to Cohens optical at the Dade County mall. They repaired my glasses for Free! Eyetrust wanted $20 to swap out lenses from one frame to another. Shameful of that young girl to be so rude to customers. I will never visit that location again !!!

Id like to start by saying this is not a fake review as the eye trust vision team seems to put that under every negative post. I came for an 11am appointment and Dr Sara Thompson nor a receptionist was in the office! Another appointment for 11:30 also showed up waiting and no one showed up. We both left annoyed given that we had taken days off from work to come for an appointment. The security guard was no help and on top of wasting a long drive to brickell, I had to pay valet tfor wasting my time. They should be shutdown. Ive seen several other reviews saying they were left in limbo for an appointment as well. I do not recommend this place. Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away and save yourself some time and money!

The building is were Gordan Bische was, and the office is on the third floor #300. This was the best experience at a doctors office I've ever had. They have a huge selection of eyeglasses, and Dr Chrycy was top notch. I'm very happy I found this place, and I've got excellent service. They offer a referral program so you can get free stuff! I already earned 6 months of contacts and free pair of Ray-Ban Polarized Sunglasses. No one else does this in Miami! Thanks guys, I will always recommended Eyetrust Vision to everyone!

Horrible service, I went in last Monday to get a pair of glasses was told by Thursday it should be done. Some girl Maria always puts me on hold for 10 minutes and has been toying with me and stating the glasses will be ready tomorrow for a week now. She wont give me her boss info and I already payed and feel screwed. All I want is my glasses to see again! FYI, I shouldn't be calling everyday finding out the status of m glasses, also if you promise a 3-4 day service, follow up on your word .Horrible staff.
