Making an appointment or walking I've always waited on average 20-40 mins. It's rare that I walk in and seen right away after making an appointment. Therefore, after trying to make an appointment and was told to come in at anytime which I had no problem. I waited 40 mins to be told since I did not state that arrived, therefore was in turn called a liar and told I needed to wait after another customer that I arrived before. I decided to leave because I didn't like being called a lair and the tone I spoken to by Junior. He's a great barber but took out having a bad day on me. I've never complain up to this point but didn't appreciate being called a lair and tone I was spoken to. In a industry based on customer service, I've never been disrespect in that matter. I'm going to take my business and friends business somewhere else.

? Little more detail barber name ? Or how he looks like to address this issue? All our barbers speak English and Spanish? Highly doubt we would have such issue .. Sure you got the right shop? ?????? No answer ???

Worst haircuts ever. Not real barbers. They can't give a simple haircut, they can only cut and carve and skulpt. Bad hygiene, and they make fun of customers who they think can't speak Spanish.
