Hi Tansy sorry to hear you felt that I Know you enquired as to whether we printed on tracing paper and one of the guys replied that we didnt but gave you options of what we did print on I must admit I could not see he was rude in anyway but please pop in if you want to go through it with me. As you can see from all our previous reviews they have all been 5 star over a period of years so I am sorry you feel that way.

This we feel is unfair Alexander. Jim who you dealt with felt he responded to your questions in a professional manner and mentioned A4 or A3 but ultimately whatever size you need. He also mentioned you checked the job before you left and said it was fine. If when you got home if you noticed something did not look quite right the key thing is talk to us and communicate the problem we would have had no hesitation in putting it right and printing it again and it could have been printed very quickly. This offer still stands. Occasionally some of the digital machines will cause a slight issue but we have 3 other machines spare to use. If you look at our reviews over many years they are generally excellent but if something does fall short we put it right and are entirely happy to do so.

Awful printing job with lines all across my photos for 18, also very rude when I called to order my portfolio, I asked for a professional opinion it was followed with a sigh and "it's whatever you think...".

Fab fast friendly service! Emailed to ask for a couple of pages printed, and they had it ready and waiting within 10 mins on incredibly good quality paper. Very efficient, and have covid measures in place so felt safe. Definitely recommend!

This is so unusual as pride ourselves on meeting tight deadlines if at all possible and normally go to extra lengths and recommend someone if we cannot help. We would never knowingly promise a job and let someone down. Send me an email to [email protected] and i will look into it and come back to you honestly. We are often inundated with tight deadline requests but would rather refuse the job than fall short on the deadline.
