Nice hotel, however workers are nasty! While my family was having dinner at the hotels outdoors restaurant they started unloading hotels dirty laundry literally by our table with food on it. We made a comment and they got horrible attitude!

Were visiting out of town. Stopped by the bar for drinks, there was no place to seat, so the bartender told us there was another bar on the back with another seating area. We did as suggested, walked to the back, sat down at a table. We were approached by a NASTY hostess that told us we couldnt seat there (ok fine) so she moved us to another table. Shortly afterwards a NASTIER man host told us we needed a reservation and we could only stay for 30 mns. My son tried to explain what had happened, he disregarded him, and told him I dont care what happened, you have until 7pm and then you need to leave. Really? Nasty nasty! We left right away! I have stayed and dined at 5 star hotels all over the world and have never been insulted this way! And in front of an entire bar full of people! How hard was to explain very nicely and professionally that we could not seat in that area of the bar. Were from out of town! Didnt know! Please, get some training for those nasty rude hostesses!!!! This happened this evening around 6:30.
Met up with Vic Stah Milien here and man he was correct, this is an amazing hotel and we really appreciate the staff here. Thanks Vic for meeting us here with such a short notice.
