Hi Daria, thank you so much for your review as it allows me to respond to your concerns. We do have sand in our gym - it comes from the 8-foot sandbox and even though we ask the parents to keep the kids from transferring it around the gym, it does transfer - in whatever container they can find and on their little hands and socks, it sticks really well to grippy socks! The sandbox is in the "forest section" which also has wood and pine cones, so you will often see a mix of little pieces of other items. We also have bins full of beans and corn and the pieces and their dust get moved from bin to bin by the kids, along with buttons and beads. When the rocks were dumped on the floor, the reason I felt comfortable sweeping them up and dumping them back in the rock bin is because I had just swept and mopped that morning. We sweep and mop every morning, so the floor starts out fresh and clean. However, again, we do have sand, bean dust, etc. that can collect on the floor throughout the day. Between sessions, we sweep up sand and beans and rocks from all of the areas. You also provided a picture of our basketball base. While that could appear to be dust and dirt, it is just the scuffs and paint spots from a donation item that had a previous life before it came to us. Thank goodness we at Kaleidoscope understand and accept toys that arent 100% clean and new. They sure wouldnt stay that way very long at our place. Now the sand and grit showing up in your picture of our rock wall mat - that I will grant you - it should have been swept between sessions. Our rock wall has a gritty surface that sheds when the kids climb, and it can mix with any sand on the kids feet. I normally sweep that a couple of times a day but clearly, I missed it on the day of your visit. Thanks for pointing that out. So, do we have sand, rocks, pieces of pine cones, bean bits in our gym? Yup. Do we have scuffs on our toys? Yup. Do we have fingerprints on our glass counters from kids staring at the retail items with their hands pressed to the glass? Yup. Do we have fingerprints all over the bottom section of our door because the 1-2 age likes to stand there and stare out at the cars? Yup. Are our bathrooms clean? Yup. Are our toys wiped down and sprayed with hydrogen peroxide solution regularly? Yup. I'm sorry you did not feel our space was clean, but I'm glad you visited and then gave me this chance to address your concerns. Thank you, Daria.

This place is soooo dirty! We attended this place in the morning for open play at 11am. While the dirt looks like sand, its a mix of sand, dust and dirt. My kiddo dumped some stones from the sensory table. Lady that works there gathered them with a broom(together with all the sand, dirt and dust on the floor, 3rd image) and dumped it all together into the sensory box on the table Also the price is kinda high for only 1,5 hours of play time Totally not coming back there
