Jeanette many thanks for reviewing the experience, very sorry to hear how you feel. I have personally called you once I looked into the matter. As you have been told we didnt contact you verbally which is our initial protocol and I have spoken to the relevant person concerned on this. I do however feel the information you have posted in not quite correct, we have sent out the correct order you placed within 5 days and you have seen all the terms and conditions on at least 3 occasions. The college also have received 2 try on kit sessions of a total of 8 hours. Our online department have been in touch with you to ask you to contact the college direct to discuss the situation to see what can be done for you. Awful service. Ordered a school hoodie, received an email after Id paid to say no refund or returns policy. Hoodie sizing was completely inaccurate and far too small. Now stuck with a hoodie that doesnt fit! Tried to contact many times, diverted by staff when I managed to make contact via emails and phone and eventually totally ignored. No solution offered. Every parent I speak to has exactly the same issue! This company is providing inaccurate information and sizing with a refusal to amend. Do not use them!!!!
