Will never use this shop again. Terrible customer service. Owner was very rude and obnoxious. I have done business with this print shop for the past 2 years, but this year I submitted a printing for another postcard order just as I did in the 2 years prior. But this time the owner of the shop called to berate me that my files were not correct. After submitting updated files, owner called again to berate me because I did not fully format for the acceptable bleed margin. Rather than offer 'If you like, for an extra fee, I can have someone from the shop adjust the files and send them back to you for next time', he continued to rant about how much it's costing him to go back and forth. My suggestion is go elsewhere. If Irvine alone there are plenty of print shops to choose from.

Very rude and terrible service. The product description and image on their website where I ordered, does not indicate in any way that vinyl banners have pockets only on top and bottom (while all images and everything shows pockets on all 4 sides). The only reason we order this backdrop was the it has pockets on all four sides. Even the rude employee today checked the and confirmed that the website does not clarify this. Then we asked him to at least fix and he said we have to pay extra to fix their mistake. Then we asked for refund and he said you have to come back. Then I called and the owner Zee started yelling at me that you want to make reasons!!! and now sent me an email that he is going to charge us $10/day for keeping it there and warned that he is going to take us to small claim court. This is the first time I'm seeing such a thing in USA.

I needed a quick quality large foam board print of a picture last minute. The online store is well done and it was even easy to correct an issue I cause [send the wrong image file the first time]. The proof came back with the correction and the final product was a great quality. The staff has professional and helpful. I will be doing more business with them in the near future.
