Poor customer service from start to finish, plants took weeks to be dispatched, went missing during the delivery proces, then Oxy sent the replacements to the wrong address. No apology from Oxy or any attempt to make amends. Avoid.
Customer service were prompt in their response to you and you've been refunded in full. In fact, you'd already been refunded in full when you left this disingenuous review.

Disingenuous and untrustworthy, Please be careful. We ordered three plants for a total of 67: but only two of the plants that we ordered actually arrived, and both of them were in very poor condition; they were badly damaged and broken, also a majority of the soil had emptied from both and they looked like they had some kind of infestation. Communication initially was slow but responsive; they asked us to send pictures, which we did, they agreed with us and said they were indeed in 'Terrible Condition' they offered to replace the plants, but based on the condition of what we'd received we didn't think it was a very good idea and thought a refund would be the best option. However, when we asked them to collect the two plants that did arrive and refund us for all three; (approximately a week ago) they stopped communicating altogether. They haven't responded to any further emails, and needless to say, we have not received a refund for any of the plants; not even for the plant that didn't arrive, that they also charged us for. We had to place both plants out in the garden because of the potential infestation and both are subsequently dying. We'll never order from them again. Like others here, absolutely appalling customer service.
Impeccable service and quality. The plants I received were extremely healthy and packaged really well. The range they have on the website is excellent. Highly recommend, will most definitely be using oxy plants again
Hi Sam, I was anything but dishonest. I apologised we hadn't managed to get your order dispatched due to a surge in orders and said I couldn't guarantee delivery by a certain date, simply due to measures out of our control once it enters the delivery network. I quickly refunded your order and sincerely apologised we couldn't help on this occasion. Patch generally have a 10 day lead time. All the best and hope you have a great Christmas. Team Oxy-Plants

Terrible service, doesn't ship when promised even if you pay for expedited shipment. Dishonest, slow, rude. Go with PATCH plants
