Such an amazing place to go to daily. I cannot say enough positive about this cross fit facility. I am now 5 months here and my physical and mental attitude have become so much more healthier. The spirit of friendship and community is strong here. Its not only an excellent gym you get the bonus to feel like part of a family. The coaches are exceptional here with interaction and instruction that is top of the line in the industry. They are always consistent on getting you into proper form and technique. Never are you unsure about a movement or new technique. You will be trained and helped to get to your best ability. You absolutely learn and grow as an athlete here. The daily WOD will give you a workout that leaves you breathless, inspired and feeling much more confident in yourself. I highly recommend you give this gym a try whether new to cross fit or elite. You won't be disappointed.
