Hi Eric, We're very selective about the clients/projects to make sure we are the right fit for the client. We do receive quite a few RFPs each week so we just can't respond to nor participate in all of them. We're proud of our 90%+ client retention rate for the past 12 years due to bidding on projects that are the right fit. We've replied to you that we would review your RFP you emailed over and determine if the project was the right fit. We'd never said that we're going to bid. We always ask potential clients questions and review the RFP before placing bids as part of our due diligence. This never meant to mislead you that we were going to bid. We sincerely apologized that we didn't participate in your bidding process. I am sure you'd gotten several qualifying proposals from multiple bidders. I sent a request for proposal to Soda Pop Media LLC. They indicated they were interested and would be submitting a bid. The deadline passed and no response. I had to email them to see if they were bidding and they responded and indicated they were not interested. Completely unprofessional and shows bad decorum. I will not be using this company again nor recommending them to any of my contacts looking for this type of company.
