First time I visited this hotel it was magical. This time around, sadly, it was not. I tried to give this feedback to the manager but I received no follow up. So sharing it here for others' consideration. Given the high cost, I'd expect more. Issues: - heard upstairs neighbor's toilet extremely loud. Woke us up - an alarm was going off in the fire relief room adjacent to ours, all night long. A) why didn't someone address an alarm? B) no way to sleep with constant beeping - there was no hot water in our shower in the evening. My husband and I had to take cold showers.

Loved staying here! Took our daughter for college graduation first of June. 2 Queen beds. Huge room that opened up onto a small patio. Things just starting to open back up. Staff was very responsive. Chase at front desk was unbelievably helpful as the concierge making winery tasting appointments and dinner reservations. More importantly he printed time sensitive documents for me so that I could swing by and sign them and he then FedExd them for me. Amazing restaurants within walking distance. Great location in middle of Napa. Everything basically within 10-15min drive. Pool and bar were very relaxing. Ate breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend!

Quite surprised by some of the negative reviews because we are pretty discerning travellers. I give it 4.5 (if I could) just dropping 1/2 star for the pricing and the fact that there is no view. Tastefully done hotel in good area of Napa.

Have not been able to reach this hotel directly to speak with a human for weeks.Answering service with no return calls. Issues with reservations and being charged and not refunded when promised.
