I called there office two months ago and scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband on the same day with whoever will see us. I put the appointment in my phone and confirmed it with the girl on the phone. Came to the day of our appointment and no one called me to confirm our appointment. I called the office and they said I didn't have an appointment and my husband was down for a week away. I am so mad, I really needed that appointment to check for skin cancer spots and I have waited two months for it. The girl on the phone basically called me a liar and said there was nothing they could do. It's sad that this is how health care has become.
I do not see a patient with a name that resembles anything close to this name so I am unsure if this is a patient or not. We would of course be happy to address any issue but are not able to with an invalid name and/or not a patient of our practice.

No prescription sent out right away everytime it needed. Very slow responses. Not to mention the symptoms did not improve at all.

This is completely unfounded. Billing through medical insurance is completely based upon the insurance plan that you selected, not us. We are 100% compliant with each insurance company and whatever rate is again based upon the plan that you selected. We are happy to explain this if you do not understand; however, just as you have a contract with your insurance plan, we also have a contract that we are required to uphold. In response to your addendum, this is called your copay and is related to and based upon your own individual deductible. Perhaps another office allowed you to not pay this; however, this is breaking the contract that any medical office who takes your insurance has. Your copay and thus bill should be exactly the same regardless of visit. We would be happy to review this with you if you would like.

Outrageously expensive! Grossly overrated! The billing is very rude and arrogant to talk to and keeps misdirecting their overpricing problems to my health insurance company. Use them if you are a millionaire. 12/30/2021 In response to owners reply Again, misleading and diverting attention from the real problem. I have seen another dermatology facility with the same insurance company and policy for a trickier issue. Their rate is half yours. The insurance doesnt charge the insured for the visit, you do. Its not that your patients dont understand, its your logic that is problematic.
