I went into the store last Wednesday at two different times. My mother-in-law and I weren't even acknowledged either time. We waited 20 min each time hoping someone would help us. There was only one other customer in the store. The store associate had very poor customer service skills. I gave two stars because the other woman I dealt with last year was very nice.
I will never return to this store. This visit was the first time ever having my little man properly sized for shoes and when asking questions to understand the process, I was accused by the salesperson (who turned out to be the owner) of being there to gather information and buy elsewhere rather than to buy shoes from her. That definitely was not the case and I ended up purchasing the less expensive of the two pairs we liked best because I was genuinely afraid to NOT buy something after that comment. I have been reeling for the last hour since we left the store and still do not feel good about our purchase. I did the thumb test myself at the front of the shoe when we got home and I think they are too small (there is definitely not a half inch between his toe and the tip of the shoe like most guidelines suggest). I felt even worse upon looking at the receipt only to find out that they do not give refunds or exchanges - info that should definitely be shared with new customers... regardless of it may be posted somewhere in the store. So frustrating!
