Everything seemed great the day we bought our car from them. The car we purchased is wonderful and we love it. Our experience since then, not so great. We traded in a truck that was more than the cost of the BMW we purchased. We had issues with locating the title and they essentially held our equity check hostage until it was figured out. We already had the title to the new BMW and they refused to write us our equity check. It took nearly a month to get the check and numerous phone calls. We also canceled the extended warranty that we initially paid for and have yet to hear back about how/when to receive that payment. It has been extremely frustrating.

I ended up at this dealership because they were the only one in my area to have any BMW X3s in stock. I live in Springfield and was driving the 2.5 hours to get to the dealership so I made an appointment for a Saturday. I received several calls in the days leading up to my appointment to update me on which vehicles were still available and to confirm my appointment which was great. At the dealership, I was greeted by name and spoke to several people. Zach Ryder helped me with test driving the vehicle and discussing what options I had. He was informative but not pushy and was extremely personable. I very much enjoyed my sales experience with Zach. I love my new BMW!

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. Our buying experience from Zach was absolutely amazing. And then two months later we had to take the car back in due to contaminated gas. Norm in the service department was great to work with during the several weeks that we were without our car. They handled everything with the other parties insurance company and made the entire ordeal very stress-free.

Bought a vehicle with extended warrenty from them 5 months ago. Needed some Warrenty work done and they will not honor their Warrenty commitment. After only 5 months. Hiding behind their salesman double speak. Definitely would NOT recommend them. If they treat you like that within the first few months imagine what they will act like after a year or so.
