Poor experience from start to finish. We walked in and explained what we are looking for and were told to tour ourselves and we're not helped again after viewing about 9 homes. Had people come in behind us and they had guided tours. No sign in sheet or structure to manage clients getting helped in order. Will not consider due to lack of customer service and poor operations.
Mr. Roberts sorry for the eave getting damaged on your home. The home was Delivered Friday June 12th you reported the Damages Saturday June 13th. We were there Monday June 15th to repair the Eave and Siding . We have been there every time you request us to be. We have a completed work ordered signed stating your were Satisfied with the work completed by us.The Factory has been there twice as well and is coming back within 2 weeks because you have created a new list. Once they complete that if you need anything else let us Know. Thank you.

Jeers to Hobbs manufactured homes and also to Jessup ( the manufacturer). The office experience wasnt that bad to be honest. We got approved quickly and they were helpful UNTILL they received our money. After that it was terrible. It had an at fault accident on the lot. Im unsure where it happened or what happend because Ive been told two conflicting stories one by the owner and one by one of his workers. Either way about it damage was caused to our home. We were not called when it happened even though it was our home. The only apology I received was from the owner and he stated Well l havent been dealing with you, so its not my fault. They also jackknifed it while putting it in and there is still damage from that, and no one seems to want to fix it. There are all kinds of other problems with the outside of the home we still have a huge list of stuff and they keep tossing the blame back and forth between the retailer ( Hobbs) and manufacturer ( Jessup). Then there had been all kinds of damage inside our home. We have multiple lists of problems contributing to all of the problems with our manufactured home. With that being said we have had all kinds of problems getting these problems fixed. For example, when the water was turned on to our home, at the meter, by the time we entered the house water was standing in the floor and we immediately turn the water off at the meter, but it was to late some of our belongs were damaged. Inspection found that the manufacturer left the connections to the sink loose causing the leakage. While inspecting for the source of the leak the bottom of the cabinet under the sink it was cut out by a repair man from Hobbs and just taped back in place instead or replacing the cabinet. ( how would you like to have the bottom of your cabinet cut out and not replaced properly?). We have posted something on here before about it. As soon as the post started getting attention, Pat Hobbs, the owner called me and told me he would sign a contract over getting the home fixed, if we took the Facebook post down, after multiple people commented with the same issues we are having. After the post got taken down he denies about saying he would sign the contract. Though the post did help some, because he sent one of his guys out to fix some things, but they were in a big rush that things still look terrible after they left. They were in such a rush to leave they missed all kinds of stuff. Like they were suppose to replace screw holes in the siding and they ended up only fixing half of them. He did call us to tell us that he set a appointment up for the manufacture ( Jessup) to come and fix things. To our surprise they never showed. We did call and set up another appointment ourselves, but guess what....they didnt show again. They finally showed after the 3rd time of us calling and they showed for maybe two hours at most and we were told the manufacturer ( Jessup) didnt send them with enough supplies to fix everything that was left to fix. But what they did fix while at our home was a cabinet by the refrigerator, and when my husband went to open it the next day to put things in it, the cabinet door fell and cut his forehead open, causing sever bleeding and left a scar that he going to have for the rest of his life. Due to Jessup not fixing things properly. The manufacturer ( Jessup) said it would be another 5 weeks at least before they show up to get the rest fixed. The only reason I am posting this again is to hopefully warn everyone about their practices. Ive talked with other people that bought homes from Hobbs and they have told me about them doing the same thing that they did to us after Hobbs received their money. Seems like their mentality is once they get what they want out of you (money) they are done with you and dont want to deal with you.
