Quite simply during a national crisis you realize who the good people/companies are out there. During the rental with this company, My company was placed on mandatory shutdown and my neighbors decided to fill my dumpster to an overflowing status while I was abiding by the lockdown rule and staying home for Nevada. (Ill be taking this up with them later too) *Worth noting early on that they were a day late to deliver dumpster due to understaffing, which I said was no problem, Im a small business owner and I get it. Fast forward a week and Las Vegas Junk Control came to pick up my dumpster, which was clearly overfilled and I had no idea. They sent pictures and it was totally over the limit for which Im sorry. They couldnt take the dumpster and charged me $75. Fair enough, again Ill take that up with next door. But I cant do that until business is allowed to resume. They asked me to remove stuff and I said I would when I could get down there. Once I got there I realized that it was so full that I needed some help, but again my employees are all on isolation at home. I left the site and was planning to come back the next day with my family to remove a bunch of stuff as we had confirmed that they would pick up the following day. Well they got to the dumpster before I did and without authorization charged me $200. We were able to take it after 30 minutes of work. You could have let us know it wasn't ready. The dumpster was overfilled by three feet. ($50 per foot) And we spent 30 minutes trying to fix it. ($100 per hour) I charged your card on file for $200. Im sorry, I do take a lot of fault in this I could have communicated better with them to schedule a specific time to pick up. But the same goes for them, Im technically the customer, where was the courtesy message to confirm before coming out? Why am I expected to communicate with them? Most companies would contact the customer first not the other way around. Also, why am I getting charged a $100 per hour for something that I didnt ask them to do. Im trying to do the right thing, keeping my business closed, keeping my employees safe. Yet, not only am I losing business by doing that, Im also getting price gauged by a company like this who has absolutely no care or consideration for people going through challenging times. Again, I agree with the $75 fee. That dumpster was way over the limit. But adding a $200 fee after that in current crisis situation I think is simply poor business practice. I will not recommend this company and its sad because I will be using many future dumpsters for my business.

I needed junk removal which the amount of junk falls on their minimum charge of $65.00. I provided the description of the junk needing remove and was actually told most customer pays $100 to $200. The amount of junk did not change and the day before the scheduled pick date the price changed to $275.00. Messed up my entire schedule because now I have to plan to take the junk to the dump myself. Do not hire this company. They are scammer.

These Guys were great. Online booking was a breeze. They called 30- minutes before arrival and were here on-time. They took an old sofa set and some other things I did not want to move with me to my new residence. They charge by how much room the junk takes up on the truck. I felt the pricing was reasonable A) because they donate on average 67% of what they receive (and recycle the rest), B) because it saved me the time and effort to drop this stuff off, myself, at a recycle location; or to use a service such as Freecycle to get rid of the items. I just want to concentrate on moving the things I want to keep. Two young guys showed up to do the removal, and were very friendly, professional, and courteous

These guys are amazing. Antioco and Villy came to our house to remove some trash and old furniture. Extremely friendly and positive. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of junk removal. A++ service.

They put the dumpster in the driveway after I told them to put it in the rocks not on the driveway. The driveway was pavers and they scratched the pavers when I called to complain they said they have zero responsibility even knowing that I told them 3 times on the phone when I ordered it not to put it on the driveway. They told me they are not responsible for anything even know there driver did not follow instructions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN THEY SCREW UP THEY WILL JUST CLAIM IT IS NIT THERE FAULT.
