The owner of this company signed up for our platform and introduced our team to his office manager Natalie. We were told to work with Natalie to implement our services, which we attempted to do for months without success. We agreed to cancel the account and release them from any further obligation. Our use of data and technology is a powerful way to help employees reduce their medical costs up to 90%, and we're helping thousands of families in Utah as we prepare to launch in other states. Buyer Beware: My business partner was encouraged to sign up for a trial - I attended the training meeting and told them we were not interested in their services. They thanked us for our time and never emailed us again - next thing I know they are withdrawing $300/month from our bank! I contact them and they tell us that we are signed up for a 1 year contract?!? I can't believe this! I have emails that confirm exactly what happened - they still insist that they will not reimburse us - even though they acknowledge we have never used their services, been set up as a company or received any training!! As of right now we still have not received: 1. a signed contract, which they swear my partner filled out (he says he didn't) 2. any welcome emails 3. lists of services, or providers 4. training protocols, videos or handbooks 5. requests to upload my employee list or their contact info 6. contact info for my agent/representative at the company 7. or any other service or assistance from GlassFrogg or its affiliates or partners 8. a receipts, or invoice for services They are either a fraud - or have the WORST customer service of any company I have used. Either is not great. Any company that focusses on the charge and not on the customer - RUN AWAY!!
glassFROGG provides up to 90% cost savings for medical expenses, prescriptions, dental and vision and we also include telemedicine with $0 co-pay for small employers who don't currently offer health insurance to their employees for $295 per month for up to 10 employees. We have thousands of raving fans for the platform we have built. This company signed up, on their own, for our annual subscription to the glassFROGG platform. Occasionally, we will offer a trial, and in this case, we offered a 30-day trial. We extended the trial to 60 days to give this company even more time to spread the word to their employees and test drive the platform. We even called this company on multiple occasions to offer our assistance. After the 60-day trial, we began to bill this client as per our agreement. After 3 months of billing, this client asked to cancel and asked for a refund. We did not authorize a refund since we did everything we said we would do. We did, however, allow this client to cancel the remainder of their annual contract which is the equivalent of a $2,655 refund. Under the circumstances, I would say we were being very generous and did not deserve a 1-star review.

They started taking money out of our account even before we could talk to the employees to see if they were interested in using their services. When we discovered it, they refused to refund our money. It's a ripoff !

During the demonstration and sales process you are told when the free trial will end and how much you will be billed at the conclusion of your trial. glassFROGG doesn't sign up clients, our clients sign up for our services on our website where all of our terms and conditions are spelled out very clearly. Every new client receives a welcome call and training on the platform. Each of your employee is individually trained as well. glassFROGG provides a valuable service that can save you and your employees thousands of dollars on medical care throughout the year. Upon review of your account, I confirmed that we performed every task and duty we said that we would including setting up your account, and I also found that you never canceled your account before the trial expired. When you put your credit card into our billing system, it was very clear that you would be billed at the end of your trial if you did not cancel. It's not too late for you to maximize your investment and help your employees save thousands of dollars on their medical care this year. By the way, we use our own service, so it doesn't surprise me that some of our employees have written a review since our employees benefit from the cost savings we provide.

It looks like most of the reviews for glassFROGG are basic canned reviews (many of them bear the names of the companies employees). There were 2 reviews that I wish we had looked closer at. Those are the 1 star reviews. This MAY be a useful service and a good company, but they are very misleading with their free trial as the the one star reviews stated. Unfortunately for us, we were not billed monthly, but were billed an annual membership at $3,000. We have never used the service and were unaware that we were signed up. We were under the impression. It was a feee trial and told them we were not interested in during the trial. We have been told that we will not receive any refund. Just beware of what you are doing when you give them your information. We never received an invoice, information about what the service is, information to give to employees, etc. You cant log into your account to cancel (even though you never signed up). Make sure you have everything in writing and communicate through email. They use phone calls a lot and there is. I way to prove your point.
