We recently rented from Deborah Gandy and it was not a pleasant experience. If your going to buy I guess shes ok but if she cant make any money off of you then shes a rude woman. Please think twice about using her to buy a home. I wouldnt want my money going to someone two faced. I never ever give reviews or put my feelings out their but Ive also never had to deal with such a rude person. Their are other realtors that work with Coldwell. We actually were quite pleased with our realtor from Coldwell that wasnt her. We closed last month and are loving Hartsville. Hope this helps!
