M.K. Rice, I was so excited to see you and your daughter on the day of your visit last week. It has been a while since I have seen you both. I heard she locked herself in the bathroom as she didnt want her kindergarten vaccines. That happens sometimes. Laura said she tried to bribe her with suckers and anything else he had in the clinic. Laura also said you had a form that you needed or wanted filled out. Laura felt that is something we couldnt do as your adorable daughter didnt meet any of the areas. Check the website, click on Meet the Providers, and count how many they have. One. They used to have at least 2-3 others, including my previous doctor. Im not going to share hearsay, but I will point out the facts. Be wary. With the owner now being the only provider left, and despite multiple requests to stop, I get messages from their new support staff, with a phone# from Sunnyvale, CA, to sign up for remote patient monitoring. Seems desperate

I felt welcome from my very first visit. Everyone was friendly and actually listened to what I had to say. A very thorough health history was taken by Sue on my initial visit, and I can tell she will be as attentive regarding my future health as she is regarding the factors leading up to my health today. I am so so very impressed and happy with Bella Family Healthcare! Absolutely beyond happy. I've never felt so genuinely HEARD before. Let me tell you a story boys and girls.... there once was a girl (well she IS still here so I guess not "once" but for story's sake we will say "once") named Jenny B. (not Brian w like the signature on this review will read) Jenny lived her life in pain. Horrid unbelievable pain. Too busy working to stop and fearful because doctors seemed to treat her like she was one more buck closer to their new boat anytime she would try to get her health back to normal. She cringed at the thought of the lack of empathy and a 5 minute visit (yet hour wait) to explain years worth of issues. Well one day she decided to go to bella family healthcare... it just sounded fancy and to be honest they could get her in that same day. She met an amazing team of ladies there. She reluctantly started voicing her concerns and that doctor well...she sat there listening.... yeah! Listening! She actually took time to listen. She was so overwhelmed with happiness and relieved that she finally found a doctor but it couldn't be that good... there was no way.... the doctor began looking for the right place to start with medication and bloodwork and tests galore. I know that doesn't sound fun but to someone who has crippling pain and doesn't know why.... it.is.beautiful. She even found the cheapest route of medication and wants to continue finding the cause so she doesnt have to bandage it with medications for the rest of Jenny's life if she doesnt have to.The story isnt over and hopefully will be a lengthy one by the time it's all over and I close my book of life but I'm really meaning it.... these girls go above and beyond for their patients and from someone who was there wondering if they were "worth a try" I promise they are and more. One thing to you lovely ladies with the business being fairly new.... please dont lose that. Be the caring people you all are and continue listening. That's why stubborn people like me will stick around once they give you a try. Thank you so much for what you are doing for me to get myself back.
