Overall the water filtration system has been helpful in our home and everything went smoothly in the beginning. However, after some flooding in our home we had a plumber out who discovered our water treatment drain had come loose out of the pipe and had resulted in the flood. This obviously caused hundreds of dollars of damage. Pure H2O came out, took pictures and secured the drain with zip ties to make sure this doesnt happen again. However, they refuse to accept responsibility or help cover cost. They claim it cant be proven despite a professional plumber stating that caused the flooding. Incredibly disappointed with the way the situation was handled and the lack of responsibility from the company. If you decide to go with them, make sure your drain is installed properly. Based on other reviews Ive read, their service isnt the best.

Had a Pure Ho2 water purifier and hot water tap for 8 years. Machine was faulty several times and had to be changed four times. Leaked twice and ruined the wooden floor of my living room. More recently cooling element got broken. The engineer was not even sent to check the machine. Customer support was pushy to buy a new system instead of trying to repaired. The manager Roger came out with different ideas that never got implemented as he kept changing his mind on what to do. One of the customers service lady hung up on me as i insisted in wanting to talk to the manager. He never called me back. Clearly not a customer service you expect for a machine that costs thousands and get serviced every year for 200 or so. Rude and unprofessional. Avoid them.

Matt Dotson provided exceptional customer service from the first point of contact to the very last. He called in advance to make us aware of his ETA, arrived on time, and was happy and eager to get to work. He showed great care and respect of our newly built home by asking us if we were OK with placement of each of the 3 systems before he drilled or tapped into anything. His craftsmanship was as perfect as his impeccable square cuts in the finished basement ceiling! He kindly cleaned up his workspaces and reviewed the next steps before moving on to a new task. Matt was competent and very knowledgeable about each system. He thoroughly shared system information, tips and tricks, and was extremely patient with us while answering the several questions we had. Matt was by far the best installer we have ever had in our lifetime. His kindness, craftsmanship, attention to detail, trustworthiness, patience, knowledge, respect, and genuine desire to make sure each customer understands the product, is truly amazing. If we ever move not only will we be bringing our Pure H2O equipment with us, but we will specifically request Matt D. to install our systems again!

I bought my rain soft system about a year ago. About 6 months later I bought another house. And was told it would be $530.00 to reconnect at my new house. I told them the new house had galvinized pipes and if that would be an issue. They said they would make sure he brought the needed fittings. When the tech came to reconnect I would need to have a plumber come to replace the galvinized piping before they could reconnect. Then I was told they could hook up the reverse osmosis system and the clean start system. For $129.00 by the service manager Rob. So I said ok we can do that until I get the plumbing fixed then ill have them come back to connect the softner system. Then the tech came back and told me it would be over $300.00 at this point I told him he needed to get out of my house because I'm tired of being lied to over and over again.
