Took it back for the 3rd time as now my X5 is leaking oil and smoking like a chimney. Obviously and expectedly they said it had nothing to do with the many repairs they've done in almost 4 months they've had it (every time they repair it I have to take it back coz issue still not fixed or new one magically appeared) this time around they charged me $1860.00 for a valve cover replacement they said was where the leak was coming from. Supposedly the manager Chris DeCarlo personally drove it after repaired and found no issues. That was 3 days ago, guess what... still leaking oil and smoking like a chimney. Naturally I won't go back there for a fourth time and will be looking to recoup some of the money I've spent in this place (over 11k in 4 months) on bogus repairs that ended up fixing nothing. I read bad reviews about this place before taking my car and looked around for alternatives but been diesel and BMW couldn't find anybody able to, as is well known that BMW has a monopoly with their software, so I took a chance and boy do I regret it. Do yourself a favor and steer as far away as possible

I have been a BMW owner for about three years and I have always experienced great service up until this last visit. I choose BMW because I like top tier service and Im all about quality. This experience was horrific. I cried for days and ended up in the general managers office crying about my complaint. Brandon is a newer agent so the first encounter I had a year ago I gave him a pass because he was new. The second experience this year was unacceptable. His customer service skills are a bit rocky and he didnt really listen or pay attention to what I wanted. I initially needed all things breaks and tires but he wanted to focus on other services like a micro flush and what not. An issue came up because my warranty wasnt on file at that location and he had no drive in helping me locate my warranty paperwork. All in all I will no longer be visiting this location and I will head over to the Winter Park location or South Orlando location to do my business with Fields BMW.

Evan the facts do not bear out your review. Not only did we fix the vehicle at no charge to you, we also offered on multiple occasions to refund the full purchase price to you. You however insisted on keeping the vehicle so we spent close to $2500 on your behalf to make it right, delivered the vehicle back to you in Titusville, confirmed with you that the vehicle was indeed fixed, and in return you threatened to sue us. I dont even know where to begin with fields BMW of Daytona.sold me a 17 x1 with a bad turbo. Joe Baldi and Sam Allegra are the biggest crooks in the game, currently going through hell and back against them and I havent even made my first payment to my bank yet. Stay far far away from this place and use any other fields BMW location.
