Hello, Thank you for your review. The current minimum wage in Arizona is $12.00 hourly. Our hourly rates range from $12 -$30 for sheet metal workers. Pay rates are considered based on experience. We looked at our records and do not show an employee that had just worked with us making a little more than the minimum with 4 years experience. Pay their workers crumbs. Minimum wage is 12.50 right now. You'll be lucky to start off 50 cents more even with 4 yrs experience. Plus it's like working with jr high school girls. All gossip.

Sad to report i will not be using joses anymore. I truly went to bat for this company. My boss uses another company. Yet i figured we should support another small business like us. There prices are even a little higher. But for us its all about customer service. And the counter people have none. It seems as if we are a bother more than a customer. First one through the door this morning. Greeted i think who is little jose this morning with a good morning. Nothing.. Not even the counter girl. Not even a thank you. Look we all need to appreciate what we have and what are trying to accomplish. Yet even my boss as noticed there dry attitudes. I hope and pray they see there faults. I wish them well. But as for us. paying more for nothing more is a bad business decision.

Each time you would come back and say it was wrong, we showed you the measurements you provided and product side by side, and you would tell us something else. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused, and thank you for your review. Adding: Like we said on the fb post. Well discuss this at the shop, and well figure out what went wrong like civilized people. If you can bring all the materials like we had ask initially when you stopped by that would help a lot, just because on the photo you provided it only shows two items, and the order form has 3, thank you... Don't use Jose's. A screw up in fabrication cost me an extra day of work and 3 separate trips back to make it right. When they finally got it right they handed me a bill for $40. This is after the employer took my order admitted they screwed it up. if you want your sheet metal made right go over and talk to Alex at East Valley sheet metal. Edit: To respond to Jose's response I have attached pictures of what was ordered versus what was produced. As you can see in the drawings the elbow is supposed to fold over long ways and swing to the side. This is not what was fabricated (The elbow produced bends 90 degrees to the side) and I've got the pictures and the extra pieces to prove it. The employee who took my order even apologized and said I was correct but the boss made the final decision. We do $250K a year in equipment installations and I've got 20 years field experience. When I make a mistake (It happens) I apologize and I fix it. You took a $40 mistake and instead of swallowing your pride and fixing it you soured a business relationship... and probably many more as I'm close friends with many other HVAC business owners.
