Mr. Jensen, we are very sorry you were not pleased with your shirt. We have issued a refund of $17.30 to your credit card. We put the image you emailed us on the front of a shirt as you requested. We have produced hundreds of shirts with image transfers for customers who have always been satisfied with our products. As my husband explained to you when you came in to pick up your shirt, there was no way for us to produce what you envisioned with this process. He even offered to help find a direct-to-garment printer for you to work with. As to the time frame, we did not have the shirt you requested in stock, so we needed to order it, which I communicated with you over the phone. You indicated that there was no pressing time frame. And finally, the conversation that I was having in our office was not with a friend or coworker, but with a customer who had made an appointment to come in and discuss their order.

It took them a while to work on my one submission; at least 2 weeks and didn't even try to work with me when I was not particularly happy about how it looked. In fact, the guy acted offended almost that i asked, and his manager, the one who kept pushing the return date. I'll be clear about this, "no pressing time" doesn't mean put the job in the corner for whenever you feel it needs to get done, but in fact of the matter, dont stress yourself in getting it done quickly. I called a couple of times just to check on the order. That is how it felt with this business, you want a cheap service to get your shirts done fast, I'm sure they'll do it, but remind them too.

Just picked up my second order from Design-Tec. On each occasion, they offered a very reasonable price with quick turn-around. We were able to get higher quality shirts at a much lower price than online companies that we priced. Thanks for an excellent product! We will be back next time we need shirts printed.
