Hi Nicole thank you for taking to time to post your review however I have entered your name in the appointment system to see what treatment you had and you are not listed. Is this an error on your part where maybe you have reviewed the incorrect salon or was your appointment booked under a different name. Hopefully you can let me know as our reviews are important to us thank you.
Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for this unfortunate incident. I have looked at your booking details and noticed that you had the treatment on 11th August which was 6 weeks ago and am only sorry you waited this long to review your experience. We take our reviews very seriously as we have maintained our 5* client review award since we opened our new salon 3 years ago and they are all based on the salon decor, the cleanliness, high quality products used and above all the friendly & professional therapists and service they have received. I can only assume as you were in the Pedicure room with your mum and the treatment was for a family wedding the therapist that performed your treatment had just returned from her honeymoon, the subject of weddings was still very much in her thoughts, all our regular clients have been wanting to hear about it amongst other things, It is in no way an excuse as you and your mum should have felt the therapists were focused on you regardless of the fact you were together and had each other to speak to. However I am unaware of the conversation at the moment until I speak with them and I can assure you I will follow this up. Please except my apologise once again and I hope you and your mum would not let this unfortunate incident stop you from using us again. Hopefully next time you would be happier to give us a 5* review as this is what we aim for and are used to getting. Went here for a pedicure with my mum before a family wedding. The place itself is nice but the two beauticians who gave us our treatments seemed more interested in talking to each other than us as clients! Pedicure was okay, not to as a high standard as was expected considering the price and how it was advertised.

Marvellous salon, Ive been several times now! Truly relaxing and a delight to go there! All the staff are so lovely and the treatments are amazing and reasonably priced! Emily especially is a wonderful young lady. She is so professional, warm and friendly and really made me feel at ease with all my treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The aftercare is also fantastic, she always makes herself available to help and advise and nothing is too much trouble. A huge thank you Emily for all you do! Highly recommend, excellent products and exceptional customer service second to none!

Very professional & nice personnel, always helpful with good advises, I love the way how beautiful and tidy the rooms are. You will feel very well treated (spoiled) after a visit. 100% recommend
Avoid! Very overpriced considering the wax doesn't last half as long as other places i have been. The staff are lovely, but the Manager has a bad attitude! When highlighting an issue i had with my wax, just for future reference, there was no apology. Instead i was told it was my fault as i was late. The girl waxing me was 10 mins behind because of another client so not even the case, and even if it was, that should have no relevance to how the wax is done! Especially not at the price of 15.50 for an extended Bikini that doesn't even last and gives you ingrown hairs. I will not be returning
