2.5 StarsJust too many fake positive reviews the last recent review was a complete joke. The overselling of their products and production sending< out infrequent quality of products. From personal experience seeing some great work and others really bad and unacceptable. They need to focus on training all staff members to do accurate work.

I'm a professional artist who has used Lumaprints for several years. They're OK. The prices are great and the quality can sometimes be great, but they lack consistency. I'm almost always ordering several at a time, and the majority of pieces in an order have quality issues and they seem to be increasing as time goes on. I'll give their customer service credit for owning up to their mistakes, but they still persist. And these are obvious issues like color banding, chipped surfaces and corners, even holes. Over and over. When they're good they're good, but overall they aren't a reliable vendor I can recommend or depend on.

Worked here for two weeks had a horrible experience. They would try to bribe you to make extra work and stay for longer. Not only that they divide the workers depending on their race. And never give good jobs to beginners. They have them go around sweeping or throwing away trash as if they are degrading humans. Poor communication between workers and employers. Some get special treatment like play music at work and some dont. Everything is not fair, and they lie saying Ill pay extra if u make certain deadlines and not pay at all. One time I got $10 for some food. Really? Like thats all I get after my hard work that was not really necessary. Theyre just pushing their workers to their limit and when they cant handle it they give them bad reviews after they have been working so hard for them. Please dont support this trash work environment and give any profit to this fake art business. Anyone with a printer can do what they do.
