This store is an embarrassment to the values that Jack Wolfskin proclaims to portray. Accusing customers of sabotaging their own garments in order to attain a refund is frankly offensive. I am intrigued as to how one would replicate defective material through 'purposeful mechanical distress', and also how someone could possibly profit from the act of buying clothes, damaging them and then seeking a refund after six weeks. This store has completely disregarded their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act, and made slanderous allegations in public to a previously loyal customer, causing distress and embarrassment. We will pursue legal action on a matter of principle.

How to scare off a customer? Ask him how you can help. When he answers that he wants to look at a couple of jackets he saw the day before, and one of which he would probably like to purchase the next day, tell him: "And if its not there anymore tomorrow, therell be a big drama like Ive seen so many times before?" When the surprised customer answers, he has no intention whatsoever "to make a drama", tell him that if he has already seen the jacket yesterday, its about time decide, isnt it? I guarantee you: the customer will run out of the store as fast as he can. Well done!
