We are happy to hear that you had a good experience during your first couple of visits but are disappointed that your most recent visit did not meet expectations. I have followed up with the employee who was not wearing a mask and reminded them about the high importance that we place on safety; especially during a time like this. In regards to the pricing of the two products: there are many different brands of products that range in pricing and quality. (In many cases, you receive what you paid for) We stock products based off of customer reviews and input. Over the past 50 years of being in business we have found that the Antelco Spectrum sprayers have outperformed all other competing brands in both quality and price point. Finally, we have found that most customers prefer our counter service because they trust our suggestions and have found the shopping experience to be faster overall. I decided to add drip irrigation to my garden myself. I went to big box stores and both Lane and Ewing to see whats available. I had good experience first couple visits but my last visit is turning me off. 1. The employee who was helping me wasnt wearing face mask ( customers and other employees were) 2. I notice the price is a lot higher than Ewings ( just happened that I went to both stores within one week To checkout their stuff). Lane - 25 spectrum w/spike - $24.46 Ewing - 25 adjustable Bubbler w/ stake -$12.93 3. Ewings - you can see what they sell like HomeDepot Lane- just counter service. You need to know what to ask for.
