They did not notify me that my glasses were delayed due to issue with lab. I was told 7 to 10 days and it 2 weeks now, I had to call and find this out, I will update when I get my glasses.

Spoke with the ladynamed Jessica was very rude regarding insurance basically called me a fraud. Bad customer service. Dont waste your time.
