Editing my review to 1 star. Would give zero star but looks like you guys are in luck because google doesnt have that option. Went in to buy a 2022 Civic Si on May 6th 2022 around 6:15 pm. My initial Contact / Sales rep Jailene wasnt not in even though a appointment was scheduled. Walked in to be greeted by Courtney and i explained why I stopped by. She offered to help. We exchanged pleasantries and went on to discuss the details about the car i was interested in. She was nice enough to negotiate on my trade in and went back and forth to her manager to get me the numbers. Now heres where the things go south. I am very loyal Honda and Honda of Kenoshas customer. The fact that i gave them a 5 stars with a positive review earlier proves it. The offer i was given had almost 5000$ worth dealer accessories and an additional $2500 of market adjustment bringing the total to 36k plus taxes. Monthly payments of 560$ for 72 months. This cars actual Msrp is under 29k. I totally understand the current inventory shortage and market adjustment being added by most dealerships. I gave Courtney my counter offer and man i am not even kidding, Her tone changed instantly and she said no, marker adjustment or the accessories will not be taken off. Her tone, the way she handled the negotiations, had a direct impact on my decision to not bless this dealership with by business. I gently said no to her offer but will still be open to negotiate after I discuss it with my wife and said good luck as i was walking out. To my surprise she replied I DONT NEED IT. As local kenosha resident i chose this stealership to get my cars regular maintenance done and spent almost $1500. I totally understand the current market situation and was willing to work out a deal But the fact that i was treated so rudely by COURTNEY, is going to make me take my business else where. COURTNEY if youre reading this. I hope you figure out your issues and leave them out the door when you walk in to your work place. Previous 5 star review. Gina Ruiz youre awesome. I stopped by to get a oil change and a/c diagnosis on my 2017 Honda Civic. Gina went above and beyond to provide me all the best options to consider. She was very professional and courteous. Honda of Kenosha, you guys have earned my loyalty and I am definitely coming back for all my car maintenance because of her. She definitely deserves a big fat raise.

Very poor experience. First, you need to add extra $3,000 to $4,000 to the listing price, to know your final cost price. They will charge you for ridiculous and unnecessary accessories. I guess that's their way of emptying your pocket. Secondly, a very poor mannered sales person with attitudes.

Joe Valente my service consultant was great! He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the details of the service my car was having done that day. However, the service department did not have the oil filter that GM requires for my Equinox. An employee was sent out to get the filter which made my time longer at the dealership than what was expected. Having an appointment ahead of time, I was disappointed the dealership was not prepared to service my vehicle when I arrived.
