Petri will be reaching out to you today. We have spoken to our technician and he assures us that he does make every effort possible to remove all accessible spider webs at the time of service. He takes photos of this process. He also applies a residual to deter spiders from rebuilding as quickly. This being said, spider control, particularly in areas out west with high populations of spiders, is very difficult. Spiders have spindly legs that enable them to walk over even treated areas and new spiders will rebuild as the residual product wears off. So spider control is an ongoing process. Petri will absolutely return in between services, at no charge, to remove spider webs and retreat if necessary.

I call in to ask that the tech come out to my home and please remove the spiders from the inside of my screened in pool area. Well after the tech comes out I go look to see how he did, and once again (this isn't the first time this has happened) all the spiders are all still there. I call Petri's (as always) to let them know that their tech did not do his job. This must recent time I asked if I can speak to a manger about the fact this happens EVERY time the tech comes out. The lady on the phone tells me the manger is out on the road and he will call me back. Well here we are 4 weeks later and still no phone call. Horrible service for a high price. Thank you for absolutely nothing Petri Pest Control way to take my hard earned money and not do what I pay you for. You only had one job and you couldn't even do that correctly.

Couldn't have had a worse experience!! I have big head ants. Petri has been spraying since October, sometimes weekly. The excuse they offer is "The neighbor has ants." NO SATISFACTION. Getting nowhere w/ Supervisor Kevin. Kevin uses the same excuses over and over and is extremely exasperating to talk to! He has no idea what Customer Service involves! We had a different pest control company at one time, that got rid of our ants! And we had the same neighbors!! WHY WE EVER STARTED WITH THIS COMPANY I DO NOT KNOW! It was a bad decision. I think I saw their truck in the neighborhood. The worse area where the ants are is in the bathroom and master bedroom. There are live ants in that area all day long. Tons of dead ants in the bathtub. Kevin keeps saying he will solve the problem but over 9 months later the problem is the same as when we hired them and we just want the remainder of our money back, for the months remaining, and be done with this company. It has been extremely stressful dealing with the ants and this company!! At this point they cannot repair their reputation with us...we just want to be rid of them!
