Alphagrahics did a great job on my presentation boards, but I was disappointed with my brochures. I reached out to Hannah about my concerns and later wanted to speak to the manager Eileen. Three days went by and the manager did not contact me concerning my disapproval of my brochures. It is always good for a company to have good customer service despite a problem that occurs. Management should take the time to listen to the problem of the customer and try to rectify it.

Service is hit or miss. Order way in advance. First print job had a small delay but worked out okay. Second one had a time constraint so I had them check to make sure they had the paper well in advance of the order in case they needed to order it like the first time. They "checked" and said they had enough. Well when I placed the order it turned out they didn't have the paper and had to order it. Added an extra day. Then there was some other issue with the paper arriving on time which added another day. Then instead or putting a rush on the order since they screwed up, it got put at the end of the jobs for the day. It didn't get printed that day at all which caused me to miss my deadline.
