We are sorry that you had changed your mind after we completed the work which you had been paid for. We do not do free work and provide refunds after the work is completed. Our company completed the work in a shorter time than expected. The client then said we did not do anything. They then locked us out of their server, kept all the work, and requested a refund.

This company and the guy behind it stole my money. I hired him on a Tuesday in April and because he was dealing with the recent death of his father he said he would begin my project that coming Saturday. I saw a bad review on yelp and immediately wanted to cancel the project two days later. As it forewarned people to not do business with Rick and that he stole $3,000 from them. Rick who is unprofessional got upset that I wanted to cancel the job with him and stole my money and never gave me a refund even though he said he would, which I have on record. This guy is desperate and provides bad customer service. Buyer Beware! There are other web design companies that do great business with ethical people behind them so don't choose THE DIGITAL AGENDA.

Rick at digital agenda has been amazing! He completely rebuilt my Gyms website and it looks fantastic.
