After a month of trying to use my active & fit direct membership. The owner Dell would not redeem my paid membership for their gym. Nice guy but poor business owner. Would not answer any emails, text and rarely answers calls. Trainer Toni is a gem though. Unfortunately, I will not return to this Crossfit.

I would not recommend going to this box. The owner is unprofessional and unreceptive to his members concerns. I have been going to this box for years. I started playing another sport which did not allow me to workout as often as I'd like. So I purchased a punch card in cash. Never once did he explain to me the terms of a punch card or have me sign any paperwork. I had only used one punch on my punch card. After a long season of my other sport I wanted to come back and use a punch on my punch card. He told me that my punch card is now void and only lasts for 3 months. Had I known these were the terms of the agreement I would not have purchased the punch card. Not to mention, the last 2 punch cards I purchased far exceeded the 3 month period. When I approached him on the matter, he couldn't even tell me where these terms were, he simply said "they are on all the THINGS." He would not even look me in the eye or face me to look at me. He was rude, unreceptive and did not care. This is the part that bothered me the most. If he was more understanding and receptive to my concerns it would have been a different scenario. Instead, still without facing or looking at me, he told me "you can either pay for the day pass or buy another punch card" That's not the attitude that a owner of a gym should have towards his clients. He has no customer service and does not care about his clients. Due to his poor customer service he has lost several clients over the past several months. I would not recommend going to this box to work out.
