My tattoo looks fine, though incomplete. The artists are all talented from what I've seen. My only issue is their policy, at least 7 appointments have canceled on me with each reschedule pushed back by months. After several days wasted I gave up and asked for a refund on my last appointment. This is literally your deposit to ensure the customer doesn't waste the artist's time and it pays for your final session. I was told "no" and reminded of their policy. I reminded the front desk person i was speaking with, who stayed professional, that I'm not interested in once again rescheduling an appointment and simply wanted to be done with the whole thing. I was told that the owner would reach out to me and never heard from the company again. Again, every person I saw did a fantastic job. Every person I spoke with was completely professional never raised their voice or was rude in any way. However, the multiple months spent waiting to complete my tattoo just ruined the experience for me.

Edited: You wouldn't do my tat that was the size of a golf ball on the same day of my appt. that was 2 hours before you closed! Plus you took me out back where you were smoking, which screamed unprofessional.
