Hi Mark, We moved from being a shop to an online only Warehouse just before the Pandemic. We have that listed on our site, unfortunately Google doesn't seem to want to change the 'Shop' part despite us insisting with them.

Needed a chest-rig and saw the perfect thing on the website, the site says they are open on Saturday, I turned up at 0940hrs on Saturday 19th March and the place was closed. When I called it just rang out. Wasted journey and now unable to get what I need before leaving, as I only had a 5 hour window to grab what I needed.
Visited today and drove an hour to get here to buy some boots, and probably to buy other stuff since I love tactical gear and usually buy online. Spent a good while looking at boots, some weren't even on display but were in boxes underneath so I looked through those but not once was offered any help. I'm in my late 20s and a police officer so I'm not exactly your time wasting nipper. Older man with his family came in and was served straight away in the same section and not even a word spoken to me. I bought some Lowas last week that I had to return so was fed up and pretty much willing to buy anything decent they had and it was the customer service here that lost the sale. I drove a 55 mile round trip for nothing. Have since gotten home and ordered boots from elsewhere.
Probably the worst customer service I ever experienced. They got paid, but later (only after my inquiry) advised they could not ship to my location (although my location had been on the shipping list at the time of purchase). No communication, no "sorry", no attempt to find a solution on their part. I know full well that the Royal Mail ships from the UK to my location. Getting parcels all the time. Pity there is no option less than 1 star. Be ware. Stay away. Avoid.
