Netia's operator scammed me and I lost my money. In 2021, I connected my home internet. An employee of Netia came to me to conclude a contract. I warned that I am a foreigner, that this is rental housing and that I can leave the country at any time and then I will have to turn off the Internet. The employee convinced me that there were no problems refusing their services, that I would just need to write a statement, send it to email, get confirmation and go to return the router. Six months later, I did just that and left the country. After 2 months, I received an invoice demanding to pay for another 1.5 years of using the Internet. Received constant messages on mail, sms and calls. Netia's technical support informed me that they could not identify the manager who communicated with me when connecting and that I was obliged to pay this amount. I had to pay this bill because I don't want to get in trouble with the law. However, I warn potential clients that I have been scammed and this can happen to anyone.
