Totally let down. I bought my brand new Honda Jazz in 2019 and have (as of May 2022) done less than 2,500 miles on it. From the 1st day I've bought the car I reported the air condition wasn't working. I had this looked at and was told there was a problem with the pipe leaking, which was replaced. The problem however did not go away, and now I am told I need to pay upwards of 700 to replace a condenser as my warrantee has expired. Honda knew of this problem, claimed to have fixed it, it never went away, and having paid for the inspection I'm now told to pay for parts and labour. I've since located Honda approved service providers that will help fix this mess in half the price. There's nothing worse than feeling cheated, that as soon as a dealership has your signature, you become an afterthought. You buy a new car, hardly use it, and now you're expected to pay over 700 for a problem you initially reported and Honda Chiswick never really fixed in the first place. Totally unacceptable. Couldn't feel more cheated with this bad faith practice by Chiswick Honda. At the time of buying the car I also purchased 5 years service. Needless to say, I won't be renewing this.

Car sales - The staff was friendly but my experience was ruined by a rude and arrogant general manager/sales manager as he tried to rip me off on my part exchange evaluation. Car I purchased had a tear in the seat which wasn't shown in the images and wasn't declared when asking about the condition of the interior. When complaining about the service, the general manager/sales manager laughed down the phone and was condenceding in conversation. Worst experience ever!!

As a loyal customer, made a last minute purchase before closing. Surprising the security forgot about me and locked me up in the car park for the entire night! Stranded with no car for the rest of the day. Ended up taking cab home and had to wake up early in the following morning to pick up my car again. What a joke!
