Have gone to a number of eye care places and have been pleased with the Dr's, but have never had a good experience with the opticians. Suzy changed that experience by having glasses ready for me to try on and provided all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Dr. Jamie Boyd EXCEPTIONAL. I went to this location due to loss of glasses and needing an updated prescription and they had availability before mid June. Went there on 5/5 had eyes examined and gave them my frames & $310 after insurance for lenses. On 5/23 I was advised that my glasses failed inspection at the lab and would be expedited . Research shows that the lab sent the glasses to the store Next day Air Service to arrive 5/24. Glasses never arrived may or may not be lost. Store claims they never received had no tracking info etc. May have gone to another store, may be sent back to the lab, maybe loss. Received a call from Technician 5/26 to come out pick any frame & no cost to me but they did not want me to go any longer w pair. By the way, the Technician called me on Wednesday 6/1 at 5:52pm when I said I was on my way he informed me that they close at 6pm. I do have glasses same brand loss but not the ones I really like but at the end of the day after a month of using 3 different levels of readers I can see. On 6/6 received a call that original order was found. Just a huge inconvenience, especially when you depend on your glasses for everything.

I am not normally a person to write a review but I really had to write about the experience I had at Dr. Truongs office. After suffering with horrible eye discomfort all day and not knowing if any optometry clinics would be open on a Sunday I decided to walk in to My Eye clinic to be seen. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who noticed right away I had something going on with my eye. Within a few minutes I was greeted by Dr. Truong who diagnosed a corneal ulcer. Knowing that I just moved to the area and didnt have insurance yet he was able to find me generic medications to keep the prices low. As a healthcare professional myself I feel like sometimes people over look when people go above and beyond. I just want to thank Dr. Truong and his amazing staff who made this experience quite enjoyable. I will be switching to them for all my eye health needs.
