We attended the cheesemaking class as part of a Bachelorette weekend, and this was truly the highlight! Ben and Sheana were extremely warm and generous, even sending us with extra ricotta for the lasagna we planned to make that evening. If youve seen their videos, they are just as friendly and inviting in person. Their storytelling really made us feel like honorary members of the cheesemaking community. The steps are easy to follow, we learned a lot, and the final product was easy to recreate at home. I would definitely recommend this experience! Also, the products they let us sample were incredible: we bought some of the rose petal raspberry jam and balsamic vinegar to take home, and the whole family has been put on a ration! DO NOT forget to take home some jam!!

Sheana and Dan were over the top! We just returned from an amazing Girls Wine Weekend, rented a house in Sonoma and a good friend recommended The Epicurean Connection for our catering needs at the house. Talk about being spoiled! It started with an amazing charcuterie board upon arrival, a wonderful cooking class our first evening, followed by breakfast each morning, snacks for on the road for our Napa wine day, and spectacular dinners and desserts. We'd barely breath (I'd like more wine, or I think I need more bread or a bit more of dinner) and it would arrive in front of us. Heck, they even helped us navigate a power and water outage! ;-) They are fun, educational, interactive and we even had them sit with us and enjoy the amazing wine and desserts we found along the way. I'd recommend them without hesitation and will connect with them again someday. Something tells me that once you have Sheana and Dan in your lives -- you've added two great friends.

Had a great time making ricotta cheese. The owns are wonderful, fun and entertaining. They gave us awesome ideas for home cooking parties. I would recommend this for any group or couple looking for unique afternoon in the Napa /Sonoma area.
