5/14/22 3:30ish You can see me on the camera's in a black tank top. Yeah imma be that guy. So I walked in the store, wasn't acknowledged/greeted by the one person(male wore a hat, looked young/naive) stared right at me as I walked in, they sort of just looked at me stayed quiet. Female with her back turned who was adjusting shirts noticed me as I passed her begin to greet me but then stopped halfway??.. Felt awkward. I continued into the store and sat by the hats section for a few minutes looking for the right one and the one I wanted was out of reach. Made eye contact with one or more employees. I walked around a couple other sections. Stopped by hats one last time. No one really made an effort to engage or offer assistance even after I looked around for someone near. I was ready to buy something but after sitting there I felt stupid so I left(left in dead silence too). Normally I can't walk into a store without being bombarded or told if I needed anything, to let them know which in customer service, if you're bugging you're doing the right thing. Does that not exist anymore? I don't know I kind of just had this feeling like if they ignored me it would prompt me to probably leave the store quickly so they could just sit around and not do anything. Well it worked lol. Just definitely didn't feel a good vibe or welcome. All good though I bought my hat elsewhere
I visited this place today (10/05/2022) the worst experience... of all the people who work there only one is nice, the others look at you ugly and treat you horrible... I would never go back.
