David B has been absolutely amazing in assisting with choosing and ordering pieces for our bathroom redo. Due to schedules (ours), we've done everything online and over the phone, and I don't feel any disadvantage vs. being face-to-face in the showroom. David has been extremely responsive to ALL of my questions, has had great input and suggestions, and has just been generally one of the best salespersons I've worked with. Can't say enough good things about him!

Saw your 3.7 star rating and looked right past it, because Floor & Decor recommended you. As I sit here in my truck, in your parking lot, I refuse to leave without leaving this review. My initial impression walking in the store; pure amazement with the amount of items. Didnt think twice when I was not greeted upon entry. Began to second guess that thought after about ten minutes in the store looking around, seeing multiple employees and zero acknowledgement that I even existed. Was pretty fed up about being invisible, so I decided to just leave. Upon leaving, a couple walks in and theyre immediately greeted. All I could do was shake my head. I asked a question of the young lady sitting at the reception desk who greeted the couple and politely walked out. Never asked if I needed any help or anything. As I get to my truck I decide to look and read the reviews (should have done so before entering). Same exact situation with another person of color. I cant lie, Im disappointed; but not surprised. The review was from a year ago. One year later, same thing. Please stop treating your potential customers of color as if they do not exist. So sorry I had to waste my time and write this review. Hopefully it helps someone else looking to purchase bathroom items. Message to thosego somewhere else, where you and your money is appreciated. Will never step foot in this place again and will make certain that every person I know stays away as well. #disbelief

Oh my goodness!!!! What a bad experience. Ordered four light fixtures in the showroom. Waited couple of weeks for them to show up at my home address. First issue Salesperson even though I repeated it for him numerous times and finally showed him my drivers license with the address on it. The address was put in incorrectly. Was a nightmare locating the four packages with wrong house number with UPS. Then finally get them home and they have. Cosmetic damage I will tell you Fergusons return policy is absolutely insane Never, never buy anything from these people. You will live too regret it
