I called yesterday and was on hold for 20 minutes. The receptionist said someone would call me back. No one did. I called back today. Waited on hold for 10 minutes until I got a message saying "press 1 for a call back." I did that. Someone called me back approximately 30 minutes later. I gave him the information to check on my order, and he put me on hold for 30 minutes. He didn't come back to say "still working on it." After 32 minutes the call disconnected. Two solid afternoons trying to reach an actual person to check on my order. I am an actual customer, not a prospective one. I really wish I wasn't. I will not use this business again. They make their web site complicated. The design agents are too busy and what's in the showroom doesn't match easily watches online--for those customers who can be self-sufficient. This is unacceptable. I don't care how busy they are. I am actually a patient person. If the guy had come back to check in on me, I would be much less angry. Basic customer service 101.
Wonderful kitchem, bath and outdoor project ideas. Great quality to high end products. I'm looking for new lighting to replace the ceiling fan light in the master bedroom and this is the place! Found a great idea to replace bathroom lighting and I wasn't even looking for it.
We physically visited the Ferguson store in Katy, on 3 Nov. We needed 2 Outdoor lights - each different. We ended-up finding one close to a match and ordered/paid for it. We were given no Delivery Date. Two weeks later I called and was told 'it was to be delivered to the warehouse 17 Nov and us after that'. As of 29 Nov- We still do not have the light and have had ZERO communication from Ferguson. Our experience points to a very uncaring merchant.
