Absolutely horrible experience. I bought an iPhone online, as you get more days to return if theres a problem with it, and then went to the store to inform the staff to keep the one I ordered until I receive the confirmation email, as there was only one in stock. I was assured that it was kept separately in a box and then should come back in 30 minutes with my ID to receive it. I then got a cancellation email, got a refund and then the store staff told me the only way is to buy it there and then. Maybe they get some commission or better store stats if they sell there at the till, so I think thats whats going on here. I wouldnt do so, so then I ordered the exact same phone from the store at Holloway Road, took the tube went all the way there and collected it. This store is a no-no for me in the future.
