Awful customer service - rude staff who don't care whether you received your product or not - will blame you for problems on their website that cause your order to be sent to the wrong place. Their products are hugely expensive and it seems this is purely because they like taking your money without caring whether or not the goods are delivered to the right place. Steer clear and order from Amazon instead, who resolve problems on the spot. I paid over 70 for a small pot of supplements from the finchley clinic and they blamed me for why it went to the wrong address, even though this resulted from a glitch in their system. Their manipulative, unapologetic, unhelpful and offensive emails to me when I queried the delivery were unacceptable. Never again.

I contacted the Finchley clinic for advice on supplements to help my husbands hay fever. Mark was so helpful with directing me to Allertrex and Oxygen Elements Max. We haven't quite got eradicated the hay fever, it is still early days and a little bit of trial and error . However, what I was not expecting is my husbands fairly loud snoring seems to have stopped!! That's definitely a big thumbs up from me and a welcome surprise! I feel sure that we will get there with the right balance of treatment for the hay fever too. Thank you.

For the attention of mark lester ordered calma c 2 weeks ago,one in stock requested to be sent out first class3 no problem very helpfull and remainder will follow when in stock.
